• Breast-conserving and oncoplastic breast cancer surgery (Level I & II), including lumpectomy, mastectomy, and axillary procedures (sentinel node biopsy and axillary dissection) • Management of locally advanced breast cancer within a multidisciplinary care approach • Oncoplastic and reconstructive techniques, including therapeutic mammoplasty, volume displacement, breast reshaping, and management of post-oncologic asymmetry • Surgical management of benign and high-risk breast conditions, including complex and recurrent cases • Management of breast hypertrophy and gigantomastia, including PASH-related cases, within an oncoplastic framework • Experience in complex and rare breast cancer cases, including axillary tail carcinoma and synchronous breast malignancies • Surgical management of inflammatory and chronic breast and axillary conditions, including hidradenitis suppurativa • Advanced soft tissue excisions and complex wound care management
